# Correct or remove a listing

> If you own or manage a business listed here, or you are a stylist named on a page, you can correct or remove the listing. Email hello@agentsalonsf.com with the page URL and what should change. We act on corrections and removal requests within 48 hours.

## We are not affiliated with listed businesses
This is an independent site. A listing is not an endorsement, nobody pays for placement, and we do not take bookings on a business's behalf: booking buttons open the business's own booking page.

## Where the facts come from
- Licence facts: California Board of Barbering & Cosmetology public licensee data (establishment licences only).
- Registration facts: DataSF Registered Business Locations.
- Name, location and some contact details: OpenStreetMap (ODbL). Fixing the data there helps every map and app that uses it.
- Services, prices, hours and booking links: the business's own website and its public booking page.
- Every fact links to its source where we have one, with the date we last checked. Unknown facts show UNKNOWN. No Google or Yelp content is published.

## What to include in a correction
- The page URL
- The fact that is wrong and the correct value
- Where it is published (for example your services page), so we can cite it
- Or simply: "please remove this listing"
